Dan Madison and Dan Couturier have been building in Arizona for 25 years. Established in 1990, Dan Madison & Co., Inc. is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. With the addition of Dan Couturier in 1995 the partnership of Madison/Couturier Custom Homes was formed. The combined experience of the partners has rapidly achieved recognition as an award winning team, becoming one of the premier custom homebuilders in the Valley. We are building homes in Desert Mountain, Estancia, The Boulders, Carefree Estates, Desert Highlands, Whisper Rock, and Paradise Valley.
