Honors

Madison Couturier Custom Homes is the recipient of many awards and honors. One of them being the 2000 Gold Nugget Grand Award for the Best Custom Home over 6,000 Square Feet. Their entry, "A Custom Home in Estancia Scottsdale" won this prestigious award. The architect was James Hann Design AIA.

Judges' Statement: This Tuscan-style beauty integrates well into the surrounding desert backdrop. The floor plan is functional and takes advantage of the view opportunities on a fabulous site. Attention to detail and theme was carried throughout the interior and exterior. The use of rugged natural and aged materials, combined with village-type massing, creates a wonderful and unique experience. The home captures the regional character of Tuscany very well, and it suits its American setting.

Their other recent award was the Home Builder of the Year for 1999 awarded by the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona.
