Dan Madison and Dan Couturier have been building in Arizona for 34 years. Established in 1990, Dan Madison & Co., Inc. is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. With the addition of Dan Couturier in 1995 the partnership of Madison/Couturier Custom Homes was formed. The combined experience of the partners has rapidly achieved recognition as an award winning team, becoming one of the premier custom homebuilders in the Valley. We have built many quality homes in outstanding developments such as Desert Mountain, Estancia, The Boulders, Mirabel, Desert Highlands, Whisper Rock, Stone Canyon and many other fine communities.

With the highest quality subcontractors we provide a very professional and well-coordinated building process. Our quality has been widely acknowledged having been selected twice by the American Subcontractors Associations of Arizona as HOME BUILDER OF THE YEAR as well as receiving the GOLD NUGGET AWARD for the best custom home over 6,000 square feet.
